When
I
established
Lirix
and
defined
our
calling,
it
was
important
for
me
to
hear
as
many
voices
as
possible.
This
journey
of
listening
and
discussing,
helped
me
to
connect
the
dots.
I
also
learned
that
this
learning
is
actually
our
exact
mission-
connecting
the
dots
in
the
organization,
by
working
as
a
team
with
teams.
The
power
of
a
group
in
influencing
the
individual
has
always
fascinated
me.
When
used
well,
it
can
empower
and
create
a
constructive
and
positive
force.
When
misused,
it
can
weaken
and
even
break
both
individuals
and
organizations.
