In this game, we simulate the tension between achieving personal and group goals. It also allows us to experience the challenge of influencing and motivating without authority. It prompts collaboration attempts, competition, mistrust, and many laughs.
The game is played in pairs and is highly scalable. It can be played in extremely large groups (Participants aren't limited). It is played with an app across a large screen and is technological and interactive.

In this game, we simulate the challenge of achieving personal/team goals while building and maintaining relationships and creating collaborations (Get it done - Get along). Participants will have to choose how much information to share, build a winning strategy while being held accountable for the way they go about it.
The game is played in teams of 1-5, up to 12 teams (60 people max). It combines a physical game with an app and is highly energetic and fun.
